Hey everyone! I want to make an announcement about an event I am going to host around the topic of the layoffs that happened in 2023 and the ones that continued in 2024.

A lot of people were affected by this scenario, and I can understand what that feels like because I have been there myself. I initially thought maybe there's not much to be done, but instead, I did my due diligence and put together a clean PDF document and a Live Webinar that can help people find work in the current economic climate.

I am thrilled to share this incredible news with all of you. After years of relentless dedication and collaboration with an amazing team, I am proud to introduce Visign, a creation born from passion, hard work, and extensive research. 🎉

But what exactly is Visign, you may wonder? It's a brand built on the belief that the Entertainment industry serves as the dynamic intersection of all art forms. Drawing inspiration from various fields, Visign revolves around three fundamental pillars: Foundations, Design, and Storytelling. Within these pillars, the core essence of Visign lies in the words "visual" and "design." 🎨

To get a bit more specific about the vision - if you sit a moment and try to process it - almost every artwork needs knowledge from a foundational point of view ( this in essence means - construction, perspective,proportion, value structure, composition etc.) , Design stand point - either the 12 principles of design, big-medium-small and so on, and of course Storytelling - because you need a story to sell the image. 

Education today has to change - I strongly believe that - It requires accesibility and clarity of information, all packaged in a manner that is easy to understand and easily applied. Art in most specific fields has rules. Art in Games grabs from multiple fields and which will intersect together to produce the best possible artwork, and often times is hard because as an artist you have a lot to go through, simply because each subject in the arts field - if you have to be proficient you have to apropriate a subject you learn about individually, and is hard because the process of sinthesis comes with experience and consistent effort. 

At Visign we will do our best to have information that is researched and aplicable to these sectors in the Games and Films field - to help artist grow faster so they can gain expertise to get a job faster. It will be a platform for everyone - if you are starting out, you are in a middle of a job or if you are already a senior trying to polish some other skills - Visign will be the best place for you to grow.

 Hello everyone, I just started my gumroad account and I will try to keep things as free as possible, meaning I will try to see how the community support works. If the community support is high, then more products free of charge will come, if it is low then there will be a small price tag on them. To keep this blog post simple, the inking brush pack I create I think feels awesome and already had feedback for it from people whom tested it out.

 Also the brush pack is free of any charge so hopefully will help you on thumbnails, sketching, inking, comics and many other techniques that can be used in including simple practical drawing.
